We have been closely monitoring the complex and rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We would like to extend a special thank you to the local, state and federal agencies, as well as health officials who work diligently to contain the virus. We are following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are making consistent, fact-based decisions about our activities and our operations.

We want to provide an update on the state of our operations and how we are addressing your safety, that of our team members and the communities in which we live and work.

Showroom and counter safety and cleanliness will remain a priority. Now more than ever, team members are focused on maintaining hygiene and implementing sanitation protocols recommended by the CDC. We are focused on disinfecting customer high-touch surface areas regularly.

Our showroom remains open to serve your needs and those of our community. Our inventory and supply chain remain strong. This is clearly a dynamic situation and if closures become necessary, we will work to communicate in a timely fashion and provide you with alternative solutions.

We strive to provide excellent customer service when you walk into our showroom or we meet you at your home or business and most likely you’ve been warmly greeted with a handshake. Right now, the CDC is recommending social distancing. While not greeting you with a handshake might feel awkward for us, please let it be a sign of how much we value you, your health and the health of those you love.

Our greatest responsibility is ensuring every team member and sales professional returns home as good or better than when they came to work. We are educating all our team members on COVID-19 symptoms and preventive measures. We remain flexible and recommend that anyone who is not feeling well stay at home.

Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our customers, team members and communities, and we are committed to providing updates as we learn more.
